Here I collect information about Linux (especially my favorite distribution Debian) and several essential software packages like apache, mysql, samba and others.

The main purpose why I maintain this wiki is to have something like a personal “knowlegde database”. That's a big time saver - searching for the same solution or syntax of a command again and again can be so annoying …

A large part of the wiki contains short notes and reminders and only some medium sized “howtos”.
